A MESA account executive will contact you if your
qualifications match a current search assignment. However, feel free to contact our office anytime. Candidate: Is my resume distributed to your client companies without my knowledge? Recruiter:
NO! MESA never circulates a candidates resume without prior consent. .Your resume does not leave our office without your permission and unless there is
mutual interest expressed by both you and the client company. Both Client and Candidate information is held in strict confidence. Candidate: Is your candidate database accessible to anyone outside your company?
Recruiter: NO! Your resume remains in our in-house database
which is only accessible by MESA's account executives who ensure confidentiality. |
